Buyers Project has three international investors confirmed to do business during ABF Franchising Expo 2025

Brazilian franchises prospected more than US$ 3 million in meetings in the 2024 edition

This year’s edition of the Buyers Project, an initiative of Franchising Brasil — the sector’s internationalization program carried out through a partnership between the Brazilian Franchising Association (ABF) and the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil) — which brings together entrepreneurs, investors and consultants from several countries, will take place during the ABF Franchising EXPO 2025, at Expo Center Norte, between June 25th and 27th.

The strategic event brings together a series of negotiations and networking opportunities, with the aim of boosting the internationalization of Brazilian brands and strengthening their presence in foreign markets. In this edition, the program welcomes representatives Francisco Bazan from Degasa, Gerardo Marcano from Grupo David and Marcela Varas, who will participate in meetings and activities aimed at generating global business and partnerships.

In its latest edition, meetings were held with representatives of several Brazilian franchises, such as Bibi, Buddha Spa, Orthopride, Unhas Cariocas, Limpeza com Zelo, Dank Idiomas, among others, generating business expectations totaling approximately US$ 3.655 million for Brazilian brands.

As a highlight of the program, there will be an exclusive cocktail party for Franchising Brasil participants on the 26th, in celebration of the 20th anniversary of Franchising Brasil — an initiative that has contributed significantly to the expansion of Brazilian franchising abroad.

Bruno Amado, executive manager of Franchising Brasil, commented on the initiative: “We are very excited about the progress we have made in the internationalization of Brazilian franchises over the past year. For this edition of the Buyers Project, our expectations are even more positive. We believe that the connections generated during ABF Franchising EXPO 2025 will open important paths for our brands to expand their presence in the global market and strengthen the positioning of Brazilian franchising abroad.”
