IFA World Franchise Show: 19 Brazilian franchises supported by Franchising Brasil participate in the event and commercial agenda

A delegation made up of 19 Brazilian brands will travel to Miami, in the United States, between May 7th and 10th, to participate in the IFA World Franchise Show 2025, the first edition of the event that already stands out as a promising initiative of the International Franchise Association (IFA). The mission is promoted by Franchising Brasil — an internationalization program for the franchise sector carried out through a partnership between the Brazilian Franchising Association (ABF) and the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil).

The objective of the event is to expand commercial exchange and strengthen the presence of Brazilian brands in the foreign market. Among the 19 companies that will be part of the delegation are Aggro, Bateras Beat, Bee Delivery, BHF – Franchise, Buddha Spa, Café Caramello, Churras Express, CleanNew, Doutor Hérnia, Doutor Sofá, Fiv5 Star Cleaning, Giraffas, Global Franchise, Interdomicílio, Pampili, Sóbrancelhas, Space Hunters, VC.autor and Yungas.

On the first day’s agenda, participants will take part in a Workshop at the local ApexBrasil office that will discuss topics such as legal and tax aspects of setting up a company in the United States, immigration and business visa alternatives, as well as marketing aspects of the US and the American franchise market for companies in Latin America.

On the second day, participants will get to know The One Group, a global restaurant chain; Infinity Beyond Fitness, which focuses on functional and personalized training; School of Rock, a music school with a strong international presence; and Lime Fresh – Mexican Grill, a restaurant specializing in fresh and healthy Mexican food. Finally, the International Franchisor Party will be held, a networking event that will bring together entrepreneurs from different countries and will serve as preparation for the two days of the fair.

On the third and fourth days, the delegation will participate in the IFA World Franchise Show, at the Miami Beach Convention Center. The fair is expected to bring together around 350 exhibiting brands, and will be a showcase of excellence for Brazilian brands seeking to expand their global presence. The Franchising Brasil stand will be the support point for exhibiting companies, which will have the opportunity to hold strategic meetings and network with global investors in the franchise sector.

Bruno Amado, executive manager of Franchising Brasil and International Projects at ABF, highlights the importance of Brazilian participation in the event: “Being at the IFA World Franchise Show is an important opportunity for Brazilian franchises to position themselves strategically in one of the most relevant markets in the world. With a targeted program, we hope that our associates can analyze trends, close deals and open new paths for the internationalization of their brands. This presence also strengthens the ongoing work we carry out through initiatives such as the Buyer Project, the Highlight Award and the International Franchise Certificate, further expanding the global connections of our sector”, he states.
